I wanted to provide my patients with a single, go to and trustworthy resource that would answer the vast majority of their health-related questions, along with providing them with the natural health solutions they've been searching for. 

In order to help my readers not only learn what’s in the book but actively implement the hacks I mention, I have also created an online membership program called Hack Your Health Habits Mastery Program (yeah, I am a bit of an overachiever what can I say...). 

The Hack Your Health Habits Mastery Program is a 7-module transformational program that guides participants through the foundational pillars of natural health.
