I'm an Ottawa based doctor of chiropractic, former professional natural figure/bodybuilder, Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFM), public speaker and local TV personality. 

I'm also the co-author of the published book Wellness On The Go: Take the Plunge- It’s Your Life! and author of the book Hack Your Health Habits. 

I created the Hack Your Health Habits 7-Day Challenge with people like you in mind. People, who want to get healthy, feel their best and look great but are confused or overwhelmed by all of the health information out there. 

Throughout my years as a doctor, I've come to the realization that being healthy isn't that hard and wanted to share all of the tips, tricks and knowledge I've acquired with people all over the world.
